If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return eligible unworn, unwashed items for in store credit or exchange within 15 DAYS of purchase. *Please note that final sale items  are always final sale.

Shipping charges and the $2.98 fee for re:do free exchanges and shipping protection are nonrefundable.

Please Follow the Portal Instructions for exchanges and in store credit returns. Once we receive your item we will issue your store credit or send out your exchange within 1-2 days of receiving shipment. 


All returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items may not be worn or washed, or show signs of wear or damage.
  • If the item came to you with tags, the original tags must be attached.
  • All returns MUST be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant stains, cigarette smoke, animal hair, etc. 
  • Swim plastic linings must be on swim bottoms.
  • All sale items - including weekend deals, doorbusters, and styles from our “Sale” and “Final Few” collections - are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please do not attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. Items that do not meet these criteria or are otherwise in unsellable condition may be sent back to the customer with no store credit issued.

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Maeflower can no longer be responsible. Maeflower will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (Info@maeflowerswim.com) within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage/defect.

*Please note that colors and patterns may vary due to variations between different monitors and screens, photography lenses and lighting, as well as other factors. These variances do not qualify as defects and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.*

It’s okay, but not worth it for me.

The strawberry print is really cute and unique. This top offered support in my chest, which I appreciate.

However, the positive impression ends there. I thought the top would be more white, but it arrived with a pinkish hew, like the red bottoms I also ordered had rubbed against it or something. The ties were slightly difficult to manage after putting the top on, but I didn’t want to pre-tie them because I wasn’t sure how tight I would need them to be.

The fit felt more snug than I was expecting, but not completely uncomfortable.

Like I said in my review of the bottoms, I had high hopes for this swimsuit as a whole, and I feel that I paid a higher price tag in order to support a small business and get something high quality. That just wasn’t the case. The quality and fit is no better than something at a box store.

At the end of the day, I received an okay swimsuit that was made in China with a cute pattern and I’m disappointed I paid over $70 for it.

Thank you again for your honest feedback. I’ve read both of your reviews carefully, and I want you to know I’m taking them seriously. I’m truly sorry you walked away from your Maeflower experience feeling disappointed. That’s never the outcome I hope for when someone chooses to support this brand.

I want to start by apologizing for the pink hue on the top, that’s on me. The coloring shouldn’t have looked transferred or inconsistent, and I completely understand how that could be frustrating, especially when you’re expecting something crisp and clean. I'm also hearing you on the fit and tie details. I know how small design elements can impact the overall experience, and your insight is valuable as I continue to refine each piece.

While Maeflower does use a trusted overseas partner for production, every design, including the strawberry print, is created entirely in-house, by me. I’m a mom and designer doing this on my own, and the entire purpose behind this brand is to create swimwear that helps women feel feminine, supported, and confident in their bodies. I'm really grateful you noticed the print and felt the support, even though the overall piece fell short for you.

I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund to your original payment method. No need to return the suit. You took a chance on a small brand, and even though this one didn’t work out, I want you to know how much I appreciate you giving Maeflower a try.
