Maeflower Swim Returns and Exchanges

 

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return eligible unworn, unwashed items for in store credit or exchange within 15 DAYS of purchase. *Please note that final sale items  are always final sale.

We use re:do to simplify returns and exchanges. When you initiate a return or exchange:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping label to send the item back to us.

  • If you purchased the $2.98 re:do shipping protection at checkout, your replacement item ships to you free of charge.

  • If you did not purchase shipping protection, you will also be responsible for paying shipping on the replacement item.

  • The $2.98 shipping protection fee and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and verify the item meets our requirements, we will issue store credit or send your exchange within 1-2 business days.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items may not be worn or washed, or show signs of wear or damage.
  • If the item came to you with tags, the original tags must be attached.
  • All returns MUST be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant stains, cigarette smoke, animal hair, etc. 
  • Swim plastic linings must be on swim bottoms. 
  • All sale items - including weekend deals, doorbusters, and styles from our “Sale” and “Final Few” collections - are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please do not attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. Items that do not meet these criteria or are otherwise in unsellable condition may be sent back to the customer with no store credit issued.

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Maeflower can no longer be responsible. Maeflower will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER CHANGES:

We get it—mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you have up to 5 days from the time of purchase to request edits or a full cancellation, as long as your order hasn’t shipped.

You may cancel your order within 5 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling cancellations.

After 5 days, cancellations are no longer accepted.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel, update shipping addresses, or make product changes. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, you're welcome to return it for store credit or an exchange within 15 days of delivery, following our return guidelines.

PRE ORDER CANCELATION, RETURN, EXCHANGES:

Preorder items are purchased ahead of their official ship date and follow a slightly different policy than in-stock items.

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your preorder for a full refund within 5 days of placing your order.

  • After 5 days, and before the item has shipped, you may cancel for store credit only.

  • Once a preorder item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns/Exchanges:

  • Preorder items are not eligible for refunds once delivered. Though, if returned can receive an in-store credit.

  • You may return or exchange preorder items within 15 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange, as long as they meet all standard return requirements (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, hygienic liners intact, etc.).

If you have received a damaged, or wrong item please contact us HERE

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (Info@maeflowerswim.com) within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage/defect.

*Please note that colors and patterns may vary due to variations between different monitors and screens, photography lenses and lighting, as well as other factors. These variances do not qualify as defects and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.*
